Orders & Shipping
We’re unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted as orders are sent to our warehouse immediately. Hung Vanngo Beauty will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
If you made a mistake with your oder, we'll work with you to submit your free return once it arrives.
Your shipping confirmation email's "Track My Order" link will take you to a personalized web page containing all the information about your order, including its progress and tracking information once it ships.
You can also track your order using the Shop App, or contact us at help@hungvanngobeauty.com if you need further assistance.
It depends on your location. Orders processed with standard shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
No, we currently only accept orders from the United States.
While we take great care to ensure that your products are packed safely and securely, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at help@hungvanngobeauty.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently:
- For damaged items and quality issues: please provide us with detailed photos or videos of the product(s), including the batch code (located on the bottom of the product), for quality assurance. Please do not discard products or packaging.
- For missing or incorrect items: please provide us with detailed photos of how the order was received and the shipping box with the label and all products.
Photos and videos allow us to share your feedback directly with our fulfillment and operations teams to investigate further and prevent these issues from happening in the future.
All replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
We cannot provide a replacement or refund for item(s) purchased from Sephora. If your item(s) were purchased at Sephora or Sephora.com, please get in touch with the retailer directly.
