• Proof of Agency Representation (i.e. website listing)
• Documentation of Credited Editorial Shoot
• Call Sheet / Contract / Deal Memo with name listed as Makeup Artist
• Cosmetology or Esthetician License
• Active Makeup Union Card
• Press/Media (Print or Digital)
• Professional Makeup Artistry Website
