"Somehow my liner broke on the inside and I couldn't roll it up anymore. . This was my first purchase from this company and the last. . I'm sad about this bc I want another but can't afford to drop another $25."

"I’m a professional MUA and bought the black and brown liners. I had good luck with the brown but when I used the black to tight line the upper lid on a client it immediately bled to the bottom. Which unfortunately added time cleaning it up. I’ll still try it but not totally convinced it’ll be the liner I reach for (at least the black)"

"I received my eyeliner, pencil busted lead, rolled all the way out, couldn’t use. It couldn’t put the lead back in it and was told I could not get a replacement for it. I will never purchase cosmetics from this company ever again."
